2. What are the differences between the digital menu plans?
Below is a clear breakdown of each plan and its differences:

  •  Starter Plan (¥5,000/month):
    – Digital menu creation: Up to 20 items
    – QR code issuance: 1 code
    – Support: FAQ and email support (standard response time)
  •  Growth Plan (¥15,000/month):
    – Digital menu creation: Up to 50 items
    – QR code issuance: 1 code
    – Support: FAQ and email support (response within 48 hours)
  • Full Plan (¥30,000/month):
    – Digital menu creation: Unlimited items
    – QR code issuance: 1 code
    – Custom design: Available
    – Support: FAQ and email support (response within 48 hours)

Annual Contract Benefit: Choose any plan and get one month free of charge.

3. How is the pricing for website translation services determined?
Website translation and design adjustment services are quoted individually based on the size and complexity of the site. Initial consultations are free.

4. What payment methods are available?
Payments can be made via Stripe (credit card) or Wise (bank transfer). Credit card payments incur a fee of 3.6% + ¥30 or 4.4% + ¥30. For bank transfers, the transfer fee is borne by the customer.

5. About Fees
We are committed to providing our services at a more affordable rate compared to other providers. For this reason, we kindly ask our customers to bear the transaction fees (such as credit card processing fees or bank transfer fees). We sincerely appreciate your understanding and support.

6. Is there a minimum contract term?
The digital menu services require a minimum contract term of 3 months. For website translation services, the contract term is determined based on the individual quotation.

7. How can I cancel my contract?
Contracts are automatically renewed. To cancel, please notify us at info@jlocalize.com at least 10 days before the contract’s end date. No refunds are provided for mid-term cancellations.

8. Is the accuracy of translations guaranteed?
Translations are performed using a combination of AI and human review, but complete accuracy is not guaranteed. Please understand this limitation.

9. What are the support hours?
Support is provided during the following hours:
– Based on U.S. Pacific Time (PST/PDT).
– Typically, responses are made between 10 AM and 6 PM PST/PDT.
– Please note that due to time differences with Japan, responses may be delayed.

10. What should I know about time zones when making a reservation?
Please note the following when making a reservation:
– If you make a reservation through the Japanese website, the calendar is set to Japan Standard Time (JST).
If you are overseas and wish to make a reservation in a different time zone, please contact us directly via email.
